Apple has announced the technical specifications of its augmented reality glasses

Apple has revealed the exact features of the Vision Pro headset. This is reported on the device’s page on the company’s website.

Apple revealed the exact information about the device in conjunction with the launch of pre-orders for the model in the United States. The company confirmed that the augmented reality glasses will have an M2 processor with 8 cores and a graphics accelerator with 10 cores. The Vision Pro has 16 gigabytes of RAM. The device also has a new R1 processor that processes the incoming data from 12 cameras, five sensors and six microphones.

The device has two micro OLED displays that display more than 23 million pixels and cover 92 per cent of the DCI-P3 colour space. The screens support refresh rates of up to 100 hertz and enable video playback at 30 frames per second. The device is available with 256 and 512 gigabytes as well as 1 terabyte.
