The former Top Gear presenter explained why he’s selling his favorite car

Former host of the British car show Top Gear James May has announced that he is selling his beloved Toyota Mirai. It turned out that the Mirai cannot be used in the UK as an everyday car: there are only 11 fueling stations for such cars in the whole country.

May owns a first-generation car equipped with a 153-horsepower fuel cell setup. The sedan is capable of accelerating from a standstill to 96 kilometers per hour in nine seconds and has a range of 480 kilometers. Refueling the fuel tanks takes about five minutes.
