The series “House of the Dragon”: what is known about the second season

On the Rotten Tomatoes website, the series received a “freshness rating” of 93 per cent and a viewer approval rate of 82 per cent. The acting, story and visual effects were noted by Variety, Hollywood Reporter, The Guardian and other publications.

In January 2023, “House of the Dragon” won a Golden Globe for Best Drama Television Series and also received nine Emmy nominations.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the second season of “Dragon House” will premiere in the summer of 2024. This was announced by HBO CEO Casey Bloys on 2 November. Bloys also confirmed that the second season will consist of eight episodes, not ten like the first.
